2. Scope

This privacy policy applies to the following websites operated by Moro Vision GmbH:

Section 5 lists which services run on which domain. External websites we link to are governed by their own privacy policies.

3. What data we collect

3.1 Server log files

When you visit our websites, data is automatically written to log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the page you came from. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and secure its operation. It is deleted after 30 days and is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 31(1) Swiss FADP, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.2 Contact forms and enquiries

If you contact us through a form or by email, we process the details you provide – typically name, email address, company and your message – in order to handle your enquiry. Submissions are transmitted through our automation platform (n8n) running on a server we operate in Europe. The details are then stored in our CRM system (Notion, Notion Labs Inc., USA) so that we can handle your enquiry in a traceable way.

The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract (Art. 31(2)(a) FADP, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and any follow-up questions, and no longer than three years after the last contact.

3.3 Appointment booking

We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA) to schedule meetings. If you book an appointment, Calendly processes the necessary details on our behalf – name, email address, the slot you chose and your time zone. Calendly's privacy policy applies.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and comparable technologies such as localStorage. Strictly necessary entries only store your settings:

No analytics or marketing service is loaded without your consent. On a first visit all consent signals are set to «denied»; only if you agree in the banner are the services listed in section 5 activated and allowed to set their own cookies. If you decline, none of this happens.

You can change your decision at any time: delete the mv-cookies entry in your browser, or the site data for this domain – the banner will reappear on your next visit. You can also block cookies in general in your browser; some features may then not work fully.

5.1 Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) manages how the Google services below are loaded. The Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data, but it enables the loading of services that do.

5.2 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse how our websites are used and to improve them. Among other things, this processes pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device type, browser and the source of the visit. Google truncates the IP address before storing it; we do not link it to you as an individual.

You can prevent collection by Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Further information: Google's privacy policy.

5.3 Google Ads and conversion tracking

On morovision.ch, vibe.morovision.ch and agent-practice.ch we use Google Ads to measure whether a visit originated from one of our ads and whether it led to an enquiry. A cookie is set when you reach our website via an ad. We receive statistical evaluations only, never details about individuals. You can turn off personalised advertising in your Google ad settings.

5.4 Leadinfo

On all of the websites listed above we use Leadinfo, a service of Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands. Based on the IP address, Leadinfo identifies which company visited our website and enriches it with publicly available company data such as name, address, industry and size.

This processes your IP address, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed and the page you came from. The IP address is used to match against the company database and is not stored by Leadinfo after that match. Neither Leadinfo nor we identify individual people; we only ever see companies.

We use this information to see which companies are interested in our services and to focus our outreach accordingly. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in market analysis and business-to-business direct marketing (Art. 31(1) FADP, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The processing takes place under a data processing agreement with Leadinfo.

You can object to collection by Leadinfo at any time, with effect for the future: www.leadinfo.com/en/legal/opt-out. Further information is available in Leadinfo's privacy policy.

5.5 Google Fonts

Our websites load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). This transmits your IP address to Google. The fonts are required for the consistent appearance of the pages.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We share personal data only where necessary for the purposes described. Recipients are:

For transfers to the USA and other countries without an equivalent level of data protection, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, on recognition by the Swiss Federal Council, and on the supplementary safeguards of the respective providers.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Server log files are deleted after 30 days, enquiries no later than three years after the last contact. For the analytics and marketing services, the providers' own retention periods apply.

8. Your rights

Under applicable law you have the right to:

Please contact info@morovision.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EEA your local data protection authority.

9. Legal bases

Processing takes place under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For visitors from Germany, the German Digital Services Act (DDG) and the TDDDG apply in addition.

10. Data security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

11. Changes

We update this privacy policy when our services or the legal situation change. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
